Program 3. Write a procedure flower that draws a given number of petals each of which is made of two arcs of a given radius with central angles of 70 degrees. Then write a procedure proj1.3 that runs flower three times to create a three- layer flower with the inner layer consisting of 4 petals with radius 50, the middle layer 5 petals with radius 70 and outer layer 8 petals with radius 90 (see figure below) Program 3.
