Proj5014. Culminating Project. Guidelines & Structure.

This guidelines and structure covers the group project for the Mid Term and the Final Term Examinations. All guidelines must be complied to strictly, unless otherwise directed by the course instructor. Failure to comply will result in mark deductions.

Project Topic and Structure.

Each group should mutually choose and decide on a project topic on which to write the project report. The topic should be based on the collective experience either professionally or academically of the group. Once the topic is decided, it should be communicated to the Course Instructor via email, with a brief description.

2. Executive Summary.

3. Table of Contents.

a. The Project Charter. 5 marks

b. The Communications & Stakeholder Register. 5 marks

c. The Requirements Documentation. 5 marks.

d. The Scope of Work. 5 marks
