One of them is the quality constraint. While keeping the scope and budget as low as possible, quality need to be kept as high in order to make the project meet the required standards. Quality also defines the minimum acceptable standards of the product to be produced. Together with schedule, they guide the balancing act. This will keep the cost at a given minimum.
