Perform a job analysis for a position of your choice. - Indicate the steps of the process and the methods you used in obtaining information on the job. - Prepare a job description (including job specifications) for the position using the template given in class. Note that the job position should be situated in the Albanian context. Job descriptions prepared using a different template will not be accepted. 2. If you were to recruit for this position: - What sources of candidates would you use? - How would you reach them? Shortly describe your choices. 3. In hiring someone in this position: - What selection methods you would use and the order in which you will use them. Explain your reasons. - Prepare 3 interview questions (1 situational question, 1 behavioral question, and 1 other question of your choice). Questions should be related to the job (base the questions on the job description and specifications) that you would ask to a candidate for the position. General Format Typed, double-spaced, using 12 pt. font, Times New Roman. Maximum length of paper is 4 pages (including the Job Description template). You should draw on course concepts. Do not summarize the concepts themselves, rather use them correctly. Include the job description as an appendix.
