Project $1$: Optimization

Define your problem clearly $($what problem are you going to solve using optimization$)$

Make your assumptions $($As you wish but try to make it realistic$).$ Basically, build your problem by making some assumptions.

Define Decision Variables, Objective functions, Constraints, etc $($make it super clear$)$

Model your problem mathematically

Model and solve it in Excel Solver

Do some sensitivity analysis $($provide some insights on the problem and on what your stakeholders would like to hear from you$)$

Put all above in one powerpoint file

Submit it on$-$time $($each student is supposed to submit one file which is same for each group$)$

I will choose some teams to present their project on the presentation day $($same as submission day$).$ All team members should present

together. No credit if you are absent on the presentation date when I choose your team to present

No credit for late submissions

No excuses if your teammate did not collaborate! it's your opportunity to practice teamwork. so work hard on it$.$
