Project 2.B - Evaluate and revise the food safety program Learner instructions You are required to evaluate and revise the food safety program implemented in Project 2 and demonstrate your ability to fulfil the following: a) Engage with colleagues as part of the review b) Confirm required food safety protocols c) Examine and update FSP contents where necessary d) Prepare updated FSP ready for presentation to authorities for approval e) Share FSP changes with employees f) Describe monitoring protocols to be applied to the revised FSP. g) Prepare an internal training program to address new demands imposed by the revised FSP.
