Objectives: Data extraction, visualization, and analysis

Download the Taxi Company data set, and using the Template below, extract the appropriate data and create an analysis document covering the topics listed including the charts and analysis for each weekday $($Monday thru Friday$)$ for the Taxi Company $($reference the Case Study lecture slides$).$

The Data Analysis section will include extracted and charted data for each day $($Monday thru Friday$),$ using averages by hour. The charts for each day will:

show the hour$-$by$-$hour average number of fares

have a title and bar labels

use color bars

be scaled appropriately

have a brief $($one$-$or$-$two sentence$)$ observation about the data for each day

Case Study Scenario

The "Ride$-$With$-$Use Taxi Company" has requested that data analysis and resource allocation recommendations for their business. The company currently has five $(5)$ taxis in service $24//7$ that seem to be idle much of the time. The drivers work eight $(8)$ hour shifts from midnight to $8$:$00$ AM$,8$:$00$ AM to $4$:$00$ PM$,$ and $4$:$00$ PM to midnight, but there has been a lot of overtime especially at the shift changes at $8$:$00$ AM and $4$:$00$ PM

and some drivers are working two $(2)$ shifts. This document provides analysis of the data and recommendations for allocating resources more efficiently and resolving the need for overtime and double$-$shifts.
