Project $6$: Conveyor system

Design a complete mechanical power transmission for a conveyor system. There are $8$ boxes, each $5$ lbs on the conveyor at $1$ time, the construction is rubber on steel at a $60$ angle from the horizontal, the diameter of the conveyor pulley is $4^{\text{'}\text{'}},$ the velocity of the belt is $25-30f\frac{t}{m}in.$ Assume heavy shocks and $10+$ hours per day operation. Design the system using plastic spur gears only. Include a belt or chain drive as well to connect the motor to the reducer.
