Project 7b: Week 7 Field Test (KPA) Assignment Task: Submit to complete this assignment Directions: Complete the Field Test. You must have a proctor time your Field Test. Use Appendix C - Field Test Standards.pdf to fill out Appendix D - Field Test Record Form.docx. Your Field Test proctor must sign the form in Appendix C. A proctor may not be a family member or a peer. A proctor must be someone in authority over you (i.e., trainer, boss, pastor, or a physical education teacher). If none of these people are available, you may use a trusted family member or friend. Just make sure that they understand the rules below for the field test. You will be completing the 2 mile field test if you choose the Walk field test or if you choose the running test. You May choose to DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CHOICES: run, walk, swim or outdoor cycle. The running and walking tests may NOT be done on a treadmill. You may do it on a measured track outside or inside.
