Project Action Plan Guidelines

1- The Objective of the Project:

Write in one to three sentences specifically what you want to do in your project.

Run your goal through the SMART criteria (i.e. make sure that it is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely (Ref: FAS0210 course)).

2- Why it is important to the community.

Write in one or two sentences what you want to do in your project.

List at least 4 specific objectives your project should meet, for example:

Improve problem-solving and decision-making.

Increase communication skills.

3- Develop an Action Plan with a timeline:

Action/activity described	Responsible person		The resources needed	Start date	Due date	Potential Blockers*	Desired outcomes

You can add as many lines as you need.

*List the possible problems you might run into.
