Project Aim:

This project is well-designed to focus on how to model a business process. In regard to skills, students will gain opportunities to improve their skills including problem solving, teamwork, and leadership, taking responsibility, and making effective communication.

Instructions

Read the project tasks carefully and attempt all of them.

You must strictly follow what has been mentioned in the project. This is to save your time and to avoid any issues that may come up during your work.

Use Bizagi Modeler (https://www.bizagi.com/en/platform/modeler) or hand drawn to implement your project.

As a team, all members must have equal contributions to the project.

Project Details

1- Writing a scenario that includes all operations clearly and accurately

2- The number of tasks mentioned in the scenario should not be less than 8

3- Illustrate all the tasks in the diagram and use the required symbols correctly ( start - end - tasks -gateways-data-pool-lane-connectors)

4-The scenario should be detailed, precise, and not too simple

5- Using the Bizagi Modeler (https://www.bizagi.com/en/platform/modeler) or hand drawn to implement the project

6- Writing a report containing the scenario + graph and attaching the report in PDF format

7- Attach the file (Bizagi) or image of hand sketch that contains the model of your project

8 - Each group must be (4-5) students

9 - Any attempt to cheat between two groups or from the Internet the score will be zero
