Base on the ideas and concepts we come up with, we will start diving in and creating bare bone which includes the basic functions of the app. After the creation of the basic functions of the apps, we will start implementing different types of user-friendly functions; For example, various short cut, text function, image posting capability, various languages option and so forth. We aim to make our app easy to be used. Nearly completing the creation of our product, we will perform an internal app testing by gathering and encourage our staff members to try out our app, to ensure the quality of our product; Then, we will collect their feedback and base on the feedback form internal users to improve and amend certain features and functions of the apps. After completing internal app testing and the adjustment, we will trial our app to public users; we will further enhance the quality of our product based on the feedback collected from them. This will be our second layer of testing; our aim is to perfect our app as much as we possibly can. After receiving and relaying the feedback from both internal and external testers; We will do the final adjustments and launch our completed app to the public use. It is the duty of project managers to oversee the entire progress of the app development; We will need to make sure the quality of the app up to standard, controlling the budget spending and the project will be completed within the schedule. After launching our product, we will keep updating, discover and fixing bugs and maintain the server quality; Our goal is to maintain the quality of the app and further improve our users' experience. 6.
