You are a Mid$-$level Manager of a company in your native country $($please take a mid$-$size company$).$ The company has decided to hire $20$ Management Trainees. Your company traditionally practiced and encouraged internal hiring by promoting and facilitating the career development of the existing employees. The employees are so far happy intending of their career prospects. However, the existing system is not as effective as expected by the top management. The top management prefers a change with an alternative approach. They are well aware of the option of external sources but not sure if that will be the right approach to follow for this company. They are also thinking of hiring an experienced HR Consultant for advice. However, the Chief HRM has full confidence in his HR personnel, and he still thinks that his staff can come up with an effective alternative for hiring $20$ Management Trainees.

The Chief HRM has instructed you to come up with a comprehensive Recruitment and Selection plan and strategy to hire $20$ Management trainees $($entry$-$level management executives$).$ As a mid$-$level manager, you were told to make a team of $5$ for this project and start from next week.

Questions:

$1.$ Design a comprehensive Recruitment and Selection Process with proper plan and strategy. Justify your options as opposed to the existing system.

$3.$ Give a thorough justification of your options.

$4.$ Make a proper project report rather than merely a question and answer.

$5.$ Total marks will be distributed based on the formatting of the report, creativity, critical thinking, structure of the problem, presentation of the solution, justifications, limitations of the project, and conclusion.

$6.$ You must mention the role of each group member.
