Project Background:

Monkeypox is a virus that has started spreading around the world. Governments globally are

looking for ways to limit the spread of the virus and reduce its impact.

The Australian government is planning to develop an app that would assist in reducing the

spread of the virus.

The app will have the following features:

$1.$ allow users to stay up to date with the official information and advice

$2.$ important health advice to help stop the spread and stay healthy

$3.$ get a quick snapshot of the current official status withinAustralia

$4.$ check your symptoms if you are concerned about yourself or someone else

$5.$ find relevant contact information

$6.$ access updated information from the Australian Government

$7.$ receive push notifications of urgent information and updates.

Project Objective:

The Australian government requires that virus app is developed within $6$ months. The maximum

budget for the app development and training is $$1\mathrm{.}4$m$.$ However detailed budget is required

before approval.

The government expects you to identify all prospective system users and apply both the PMBOK

and Agile project management methodologies. You must focus on the required functionalities

and think about extra functionalities that could benefit the client. The overall tasks are listed

below:

Task $1$: Use PMBOK's five project life cycle phases to develop the project charter, stakeholder

register, project plan, budget, schedule and risk register. Note: it is important that you develop

some documents using MS project.
