Business Purpose:

The purpose of this project is to integrate a self-service information management system within the organization's current business model. By implementing this system, the organization will redefine its corporate culture through autonomous action. This self-governed HR system will increase efficiency through real-time inputs modernizing user interaction.

Project Scope:

Develop a user-friendly self-service database. Develop an interactive platform for customers and employees. Create downloadable self-service app. Establish a training plan.

Project Requirements/Assumptions:

• Assumes - Does not require any construction.
• Assumes - Does not require any staffing responsibilities.
• Assumes- HBB will stick to provided guidance for their brand identity.
• Required- Build brand identity based off local demographics
• Required- Develop brand logo
• Required- Make social media platforms (Facebook, IG, Tiktok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter,)
• Required- Develop marketing campaign to target a specific demographic

Project Potential Risks:

• If HBB cannot keep up with maintaining the image/strategy developed they may fail to meet monetary expectations.
• If COVID-19 becomes a factor again there may be a lack of customers willing to meet in a brew pub environment
• With the current inflation progressing, the cost of the resources and materials may significantly increase, and the project may end up over budget
