Project charter is the document which creates a general overview of the whole project and provides clear but not too detailed information about the project, what is the purpose, the scope of the project, what are the requirements, risks of the project, the constraints, what assumptions are being made, the dependencies, the timeline and budget, the success cri$-$teria, the main key stakeholders and their roles.The business case is actually prepared before the project charter and while developing the project charter, the business case is fed as an input to the process and as an output, the project charter is created. These two documents are the main critical documents which outline and present a general overview of the project at hand. For the business case, I briefly considered what would a bakery be like overall but from now on I am going to be focusing only on the technical and software engineering side of the project.As an assumption for the project, I am assuming that this project is done by an organization which already has cafes which are already serving drinks only. I am assuming that their plan is to expand and include food as well like cookies, donuts, deserts and cakes and they would also expand to online, having in application purchases for both coming to the cafes and not waiting on the queues and also being able to directly get delivery to the homes. Of course, as it was mentioned, this includes a lot work from other departments like the sales team, their needs to be a new team which is going to be responsible for deliveries only, the delivery boys would need an application to be able to track the deliveries as well.For the organization structure for the project, since this project overall requires a lot of different work from various departments, I am going to go with a hybrid organizational structure, meaning that I want to take advantage of both the functional structure and the matrix structure. These departments will exchange information between each other and work together as well but mainly the work is going to be done in their own depart$-$ments. For example, in my case where I am going to be focusing on the software side of the application, there is going to be a functional manager and a development team of three people, one member front$-$end development who is going to be dealing with the user interface and visuals, basically how the customers interact with the system. One member back$-$end which is going to deal with the databases, servers and security issues and one member for testing and reporting purposes, who is essentially going to perform unit tests to verify each functionality, test the software in different browsers and platforms and also perform performance testing by putting the application through extensive measures. use this project case to make a project on redesigning a school website using trello
