Project Title	Creating an Online Training, Work Review, and Assessment Course Program for Shibogama First Nations Council
Purpose	The purpose of this project is to launch online-supported courses designed for new and current employees of Shibogama First Nations Council. The company's HR Department can utilize the program to conduct parts of the training for newly hired employees. On the other hand, current employees will be permitted to access the online program anytime to review and assess the companys work duties, especially if they want to have refreshers on how to process their work. Moreover, monthly evaluations can also be utilized by the HR department to reassess the competency of current employees.
Description	Shibogama First Nations Council will develop an entire working website with 24 courses comprising training, work review, and assessment courses for employees. This will be accomplished by hiring external contractors catering to web and course designing. The identified courses will be divided into eight courses, each for training, work refresher, and work assessment courses. The language of instruction and website would be English. Prototype development and formulation of the website and courses will be submitted to the company for the initial two months of the program. A month will be dedicated to the test drive of the program, which will be held by the contractor. The project manager will submit an accomplished written report. An evaluation meeting with the Human Resources of Shibogama First Nations Council will be held to finalize the launch of the website and courses to be published. The main conditions prioritized to launch the program are its test scores with its interface design, course difficulty, and website performance. The remaining two months of the plan will be for the experience of the employees, which will be evaluated by the end of the program to measure its effectiveness for Shibogama First Nations Council and its employees.
Objective	To develop and launch a website with 24 online courses exclusively designed for Shibogama First Nations Council employees, which will be finalized in 5 months within a budget of $100,000 to compensate for the contractors web and course design and evaluation.
Success Criteria or Expected Benefits	The plans output is expected to increase workforce productivity by 10% and HR training programs by 25% in two months of adaptation and availability to the employees.
Funding	The total funding for this project is $100,000, which will be spent to compensate for the contractors web and coursework design and evaluation period before launching the final product.
Major Deliverables	Major deliverables are submitted by the contractor, who is liable for passing the initial designs, weekly progress reports, and monthly evaluations covering the website functions and production of the 24 courses to be posted. The contractor will also provide support to maintain the site's functionality regularly.
Acceptance Criteria	The final 24 courses on the website should meet the operational quality standards aligned with the services offered by the company. It should also be in English, and the HR Manager of Shibogama First Nations Council should stamp approval for all courses and exams. The website should not be down or not working twice a week during its prelaunch.

Key Assumptions	The program's courses will be developed per the Shibogama First Nations Council guidelines and information system. The project will secure the financing needed to fulfill the contract procedures.
Constraints	The project is outsourced and is designed by selected contractors to complete the formulation of courses and web interface. All courses must be aligned with the approved work guidelines of Shibogama First Nations Council. The website must include personnel training programs, work reviews, and assessments.
Major Risks	The selected contractor must sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure that the workflow and training programs of Shibogama First Nations Council presented in the 24 courses are secured. Employees must also follow strict non-disclosure agreements to be processed by the HR department to ensure that the programs offered are exclusive only to the company employees.
Approval Requirements	Respective work field managers should evaluate every course to ensure that the information disseminated is the HR manager must sign the correct and final approval of all courses to launch the project.
Project Manager	The project manager assigned to this plan is Robert Wales. Mr. Kim is responsible for ensuring that the project's scheduled objectives are being met. He is also responsible for being the point of contact between the hired contractor and Shibogama First Nations Council.
