Project Title: Juice Blends

Project Start Date: November 6th Projected Finish Date: June 10th

Budget Information: $55,000 to get the business website and marketing taken care of, as well as product branding and packaging.

Project Objectives: Create a healthy juice product business model with a website that can be launched within a seven-month time frame. Each member will take approximately 30 hours a week to achieve our goal and objective. Additionally, to create a healthy juice business, we must use fresh products, keep our products stored well, and simultaneously make the consumer pleased.

Main Project Success Criteria: Be able to construct a business model that will be formidable to implement into sales. In addition to this, have the product be tested multiple times before releasing it to the consumer. Create a website within the seven-month time frame and have the business ready to release.??

Approach:

Construct various juice flavors to add variety to the brand

Develop detailed costs of the project and report to the project manager

Gather information to set up a website or contact schools to implement the product in school gyms or facilities

Utilize the team on-hand to obtain feedback and generate revenue
