$5.$ Add a section to the Explanation Sheet identifying at least five charts that you will create

from the data on the Revised Customer Data worksheet. Refer to the Data Categorization

Table that you created in Deliverable # $1($step $11)$ to help you identify potential charts.

IMPORTANT: Identify actions management might take based on insights gained from each

chart.

Possible chart ideas and potential actions:

$6.$ Create two of the charts specified in the previous step.

a$.$ Use Excel features to create summary tables to be used as the source for the charts.

Place the summary tables on the Reference Tables worksheet.

$$ There are multiple approaches for creating the summary tables to be used as the

data source for charts.

o Excel can do much of the work for you by selecting a cell in the Revised Customer

Data table and clicking on the Analyze Data feature $($Home tab$).$

o Another approach is described in this video: Summarizing Data in Excel

$$ Important: You must update the Explanation Sheet to describe your approach used

for creating the summarized data tables. If you use the Analyze Data feature, the

description must include the prompts that you used to generate the tables and$/$or

charts.

b$.$ Create the charts using the appropriate chart type for the data and place them on the

Dashboard worksheet.

c$.$ Format charts to effectively communicate the information.

$7.$ Document the updates that you have made in the Explanation Sheet worksheet
