It is not only important and essential to define human relations, but it is also vital to understand that developing human relations skills is done in order to ultimately promote and maintain positive relationships at work.

In groups of $3-4,$ or with a partner, discuss the following questions, and take notes of your group$$s discussion.

$1.$ How would you define the impact of social interaction at work on positive relationships? Discuss the outcomes in terms of both individual and group behavior.

$2.$ Have you ever experienced a negative relationship environment $($at work or academic environment$)?$ Provide an example of such a situation and how it was resolved.

$3.$ From your perspective, identify $3$ different approaches to maximize employee engagement level in organizations and the potential outcomes that could arise as a result of implementing them.
