Project Drafts and Final Project Proposal: Your final project proposal will be for a process improvement project within your company, or within a community organization that you may be involved in. This project will have a detailed analysis of current work processes and a detailed plan for how you will pursue the project in the future. For many students, this project proposal will allow you to leave this course, begin the project, and see real change. Because a Lean Six Sigma project proposal might seem quite daunting, especially if you have no experience in process improvement, the final proposal is broken down into a series of drafts and deadlines due throughout the course. This will allow you to slowly build the proposal prior to the Final deadline. The drafts will receive feedback, so that you can make changes and incorporate the new-corrected version into your final project proposal.
