Project Guidelines

Based on the company Boursa Kuwait which is listed on the Kuwait Premier market. Documents to be used are 2021 or 2020 financial statements. You are requested to draft a research essay by starting with the name of the company selected.

The Report structure:

A report using the selected company should be prepared where it should be divided into three parts:

1. An overview about the Boursa Kuwait including its purpose and accounting standards used.

2. Application of all ratios studied throughout the course including: Income statement ratios Balance sheet ratios Inventory ratios Long-lived assets ratios Non-current liabilities ratios Cash flow statement ratios

3. Comparison and assessment of the earlier ratios for the used accounting period compared to the previous accounting period (i.e., the ratio became better or worse and why).
