In Operations Management, process flow diagramming and analysis is a technique used to ensure that the process is possible and capable of delivering a high degree of conformance to its standards. Flow diagrams look much like flow charts, showing the progression of work from one stage to another. For each stage, the time to perform it is also identified. Imagine that you are a fast casual restaurant business owner (examples: Swiss Chalet, Pizza Hut, Chipolte's, and a host of others). You are looking for ways to improve the time it takes to fulfil an order (both for table service and for take out). You do not want to sacrifice food or service quality to speed it up. However, you do realize that analysing and improving your processes could help you achieve this goal. For this project, you must: Show that you understand how a business like this would operate. Analyse the flow this business might have as a small local business serving a small number of customers per night. Redesign its core process to acquire enough speed to deal with 3x the volume (or more). Your submission will contain flow diagrams, a discussion of ways it can be sped up, etc
