Project Instructions

For this project, you must design a menu for a white tablecloth restaurant. On the menu you need to have:

Five Appetizers $($fish$/$shellfish$,$ cheese, meat $($beef$,$ pork, lamb, chicken, etc.$)$; vegetable, one other of any category$)$

Three Soups $(1$ cream soup, $1$ broth soup, and $1$ specialty soup$)$

Seven Entrees $($to include at least $1$ of each: chicken, beef, pork$/$lamb$,$ finfish, shellfish, pasta, vegetarian$)$

Appropriate vegetable and starch for each

Eight Desserts $($one$-$chocolate, one$-$citrus, one$-$fruit, one$-$ice cream, one$-$cheese, one$-$non$-$chocolate cake, one$-$pie$/$tart$,$ one$-$custard$)$

Nonalcoholic Beverages $($coffee$,$ specialty coffees, tea, soft drinks, juices, bottled water, $3$ signature mocktails$)$
