Your university aims to organize a sports week for the students of all the departments. Your name was proposed for taking the leading role on this initiative as Manager of the Project by the chairman of your department. The management approved the proposal and provide you the following information via a document/letter approving the initiative and appointing you as the project manager.

1. The sports week will be a six days event, to be held in Spring 2017 semester.

(VC, Deans, Chairmen, Coordinators, Faculty members) will be invited and the VC will

formally inaugurate the event and deliver is opening speech.

8. Onthelastdaytherewillbeaclosing /prizedistributionceremonyinwhichachiefguest

will be invited (preferably some government official from HEC regional office or ministry of sports). President of the university and all the officials and faculty members will also be invited. All the participants of the games and prize winner will also be invited.

9. Preliminary allocated fund for the sports week is 0.5 million.

10. The event must end at least 3 weeks before the commencement of final examination.
