Project Management

Based on what I've read, the technical aspects of project management are more difficult than the interpersonal aspect of a project. My findings to this decision are based on the reading, which provides information on how important it is to have resource planning done accurately. Projects are to be done on a timely matter, to ensure this gets done you have to be able to identify the and then properly plan the project, including estimating the timing and evaluating the project. For the success of a project you have to be able to create and organize a good plan.

Project management is a lot of work and you have to be able to properly analyze. Budgeting is also a big part of project management, along with timing. When budgeting and timing is maintained after resourcefully planning, you expect to have a project done on time. Successful completion of a project I believe is based on both the technical and interpersonal aspect as they go hand in hand.

The interpersonal aspects of a project I believe is more difficult than the technical aspect of things due to my personal team experience. Project management is not a simple easy task, especially if you don't have communication. The necessary things needed for project management is planning, analyzing, timing, budgeting and communication. Without communication I believe the whole project falls apart. This is why I believe the interpersonal aspect of a project is more difficult as you can't control staff issues and communication.
