Students are responsible to complete a Project Management Plan based on the following case

study:

Your company, Super Games, requires you to be the Project Manager of the following project:

you and your team will develop new hardware $($game console$)$ and software $($game$)$ for a game.

The current date is January $1,2021.$ The game will be released on December $31,2021.$

You will need to assemble a project team of engineers $(1$ designer$/1$ mechanical$),$ software

developers $(1$ code writer$/1$ artist$)$ and a marketing team $(1$ manager$/1$ customer service

representative$)$ to develop the game.
