Project management is the skills, tools and management processes required to undertake a project successfully. A successful project starts with a good planning of the whole project elements. Answer the following questions, by providing your answers with justifications and explanations based on the knowledge obtained from BEE2122. In this project, students are trained to develop a proper project planning of the proposed project, which was presented in Assignment task, by incorporating all elements of project planning such as cost, resources, time schedule, communication, procurement, and others. Please refer to the contents of Chapter 4 to 6 for your references. Students are expected to implement and integrate all project management tools and techniques such as (but not limited to work-break-down structure, critical path method, Gantt Chart, risk measurement tools, etc. in this project. Students are allowed to use any free-available Project Management Software as part of the project.
