Project management models, methods, and artifacts are identified and selected in various ways with the purpose of properly leading and managing projects. To address the project needs of the organization, it may be necessary to understand methodologies and artifacts from many governing bodies (such as lean, six sigma, etc.) to implement a project management style that complements your delivery culture.

In this assessment, you will create a 7- to 10-slide PowerPoint presentation where you select at least four project methodologies (or frameworks) and compare their delivery approach and artifacts used to manage projects.

Part 1: Select four project management methodologies. Explain the delivery process for each methodology. Assess supporting artifacts used to manage projects for each methodology. Compare the selected methodologies, referencing practical use in todays environment.

Part 2: Determine the model you would use in your workplace to manage projects. Explain why it would be the most effective approach to project management.

Include Speaker notes, references and title page Format - this is a presentation. You want to not just put a bunch of information on a slide and call it a day. Consider you are presenting this to an audience. You want them to listen to you, not read slides. Don't put too many words on a slide...instead consider key level words and graphics. Slide background and choices of color matter. Again, you want a nice slide that pops so that your audience is focused on you.
