You manage the Computing Services Department at your company. Your boss, the Vice President (VP) of Administration, wants you to develop a new process to automate the filling of the delivery trucks. Currently the delivery trucks are being filled using a slow and labour-intensive process which means it may take a long time before the truck is ready to deliver products to your customers. The VP would like to speed up this process. The VP wants you to set-up a project team to work on this. She has heard that there is an alternative to the traditional method of project management - Agile - but does not know much about it. She would like you explain to her when a traditional method would be the best approach for a project and when would an Agile approach be better. She would like you to provide her with a short report detailing the differences between the two approaches and what characteristics of a project that would indicate which approach would be better for it.
