Project managers often need to understand what stakeholders want, or help stakeholders develop a vision for their project. They often organize meetings to engage stakeholders in discussions related to a specific topic and collect data. For an example, please refer to the reading by Yu, J., & Leung, M.(2015).For this activity, I would ask you to post a scenario for such a meeting (note that the context here is different from Unit 1 and so the context relates to the subject matter in Unit 2 which is related to conducting a focus group as part of your meeting) and propose a potential technique that a leader may use to ensure the meeting is successful. Provide a short description of the scenario and a short introduction of the tool/technique. When you respond to a post, you may suggest alternative tools or techniques.Addendum: note that you can refer to the Yu and Leung (2015) article and to the techniques described in the focus group articles; this will differentiate this work from the Unit 01 discussion.
