Objective: This assignment is intended to give you an opportunity to test your knowledge of network diagrams and critical path method (CPM) analysis. It is an individual assignment, and NOteam work, collaboration, or assistance of any kind will be accepted. Task Examine the following network diagram data for a small project and answer the questions that follow: Required: 1. Draw an OA or AON network diagram representing all project activities, making sure to label nodes, activities, and durations (12 pts.) 2. What is/are the critical path(s) for this project? Indicate via nodes or activities ( 6pts.) 3. What is the schedule duration for this project (how long it takes to finish the project)? (4 pts.) 4. What is the overall effort for this project? (4 pts.) 5. What is the effect on the project (critical path AND schedule duration) if activity H takes an extra (is delayed) 3 days? ( 4 pts.)
