What is the main goal for this project?

Assist a Canadian not-for-profit organization in designing a "net-zero" indoor/outdoor multi-sports facility, with a focus on Pickleball. The complex will be located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. The City has publicly supported plans to work with us on an indoor/outdoor facility.

Main Goal:

Research sports complex design requirements and challenges and develop building structure options that will work in our environment. Tasks include research, cost projections, design renderings, architectural renditions, and project management.

Assignment:

Provide rules and regulations to construct this multisport complex in kelowna, BC in 3 areas (the reference pdf for those rules are provided). Using those pdf's list the rules and regulations.
