The project final report needs to be approved by the director.

All stakeholders and Team member should have at least 2 times physical meeting

1. Create the Work breakdown structure for this project (in general from planning to golive)

2. create the project timeline

3. Create the RACI Tables

4. Create the Project communications Plan
