Example:

KATC (Kuwait-Arab Traffic Contractors) is planning to build 3 overpasses; assigned to 3 specialized contractors within the Arab-World: Hassan Allam (Misr), Bin-Habib (Yemen), Abu-Salih (Jordan).

KATC requested 3 phases to cover: build project team--BPT (2 mo., KWD1,000); followed by 3 simultaneous sub-teams: researchR/D (3mo, KWD10,000); equipment transfer--EQ (5mo, KWD20,000); planning and designP/D (1mo, KWD5,000); then, 3 sub-teams deliver to: foundation--FND (6mo, KWD100,000); followed by roads--RDS(3mo, KWD50,000); and testing--TST (1mo, KWD10,000).

Assuming KATC will provide all materials needed, it needs to calculate EPT (estimated project time), and EPC (estimated project cost).
