Project path and critical path analysis method

Analyse the Precedence Table provided above for a company's project, and perform the following tasks:

i) Construct the Network Diagram, presenting all activitics on arrows, all states on nodes, and calculating Latest and Earliest Start times for

each activity on the nodes.

ii) Calculate the Total Float and the Free Float for each activity, using correct formulae

iii) List all activities on the Critical Path and present them (using different colour, or appropriate notation) on the Network Diagram you have constructed

iv) Calculate Project Duration, using the time mcasurement from the Precedence Tuble.

v) Draw the Gnatt chart for the project
