The objective of increasing production costs begins with increasing the number of subscribers to align with the financial perspectives. By increasing the number of subscribers worldwide, Netflix will generate more revenue and improve its economic performance. To achieve this, Netflix must develop marketing campaigns that appeal to potential subscribers. To attract new subscribers, they must produce content only available on Netflix, such as shows like Bridgerton, Ozark, and Orange is the New Black $($Netflix$,2024).$ The Marketing team would be responsible for developing the target campaigns, while the content development team would be responsible for creating exclusive content.$$ The timeline for this project objective is that the marketing campaigns will be developed and launched within the first quarter of the year.$$ The content would be created and produced throughout the year.
