Project Planning (Phase 1) You are a project manager. You have been assigned the following mini-project. A doctor's office is requesting a new basic website. They are a new office and have just opened their doors and have never had a website before. They are hoping it could launch within 2 weeks but have no idea how long it takes for a website to be deployed. The website would need to include logo and navigation, contact, about pages as well as a new patient portal and calendar scheduling page. Please create a conceptual WBS (work breakdown structure). Please include a list of activities and create a WBS based on these activities, refer to page 114-115 and the module pages for reference. HINT: It may be helpful to first brainstorm the activities that might be required to accomplish the project. Then, it may be helpful to narrow these activities into a scope document. Then, it may be a good idea to then take the activities that you brainstormed, and create a conceptual model or work breakdown structure that categorized the steps necessary to accomplish the task.
