Project post- mortem would become comprehensive if we could include the lesson learned data after completion of the project. Here, we will include various situations and elements of the projects that were critical, successful and unsuccessful. Such lesson learned data should be considered as risk management data for the future similar projects. As we could perform the future project with greater level of awareness using lesson learned data.
