Project: Process Improvement

Purpose: This assignment is to create a process improvement project in a healthcare setting. I understand that some students work in other areas and some in different cities, so I am not expecting everyone to Gemba or view the process in person. But someone or a group of you must collect data from a healthcare entity. The information you collect (data, processes, and workflows) will be used to develop a baseline and determine what process can be improved using Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve the standard of care.
