PROJECT SCENARIO

You have been appointed as a project manager for a project that entails the provision of a new pedestrian bridge over the

busy M$1$ highway in Johannesburg. Pedestrians have been attempting to cross the busy highway due to inadequate

pedestrian access to the nearby shopping centre across the highway from where the pedestrians live. One of the issues

that you need to address is stakeholder management so that the project can be executed with buy$-$in from all concerned.

Analyse the following questions and develop your response to each one by clearly showing how you will manage the project

stakeholders using sound project management principles.
