Project Quality Management Group Project Your task is to research an industry that is seeing significant change. Come up with a project to implement a change that will fundamentally improve the quality a process or result in that industry. Once this identification of change has occurred, create a Project Charter, identify Quality Metrics and create a Quality Management Plan for that project. Be as specific and in-depth as possible. Refer to course content for guidance. 

Step 1: Research and identify possible industries and specific changes to be implemented to improve quality. Highlight all benefits and the costs associated with implementing these changes. 

Step 2: Once approved (step 1), begin creating project documents for the proposed project. 

Step 3: Present your project, changes to be implemented and way(s) of improving quality.
