Project Schedule Assignment PLE Constructions received the client approval to build the home. The client approved your scope (as depicted in your WBS) remember Assignment #1 WBS. Now its time to determine how long it will take to build the home. In other words, were building the projects schedule. Please use MS Project and submit the schedule in MPP file format in Blackboard. Create the structure of your schedule using the WBS. You may update the WBS to add more details. Remember to incorporate the requirements and assumptions from Assignment #1. Identify the predecessors and milestones. Determine the duration of each of the project deliverables and include them in the MPP file. You are to assign the PLE Construction resources (7 individuals from Assignment #1 case) involved in the project within the MPP file.
