Project scope includes project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines. In order to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per specifications, project control systems are employed. Project control systems comprise tools and procedures used for planning, monitoring, and controlling all areas of a project.

Consider projects within a workplace with which you are familiar.
