It is envisaged that you will be entering into an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract. Your team are seeking a low risk-high value proposition to present to Council to win the contract. The development will be wholly owned and funded by Council. Council will not entertain any 'deals' for the addition of apartments that may benet the contractor.
