Project Slideshow

Its time to share with the class your ideas in attracting customers with exciting products/services to your retail store and providing them with exceptional customer service. First, create a slideshow presentation with 5-7 slides (PowerPoint) about a retail store . In the slideshow, include the following information:

• Description of your retail store, including products you would sell, layout of the store, window and interior displays.
• Summaries and examples of what type of customer service and customer experience your store will provide
• Description of a product/service from your home country (Brazil) that is currently not available in the U.S. that you would like to sell in your store (sugar cane juice)
• Summary of your email sales letter introducing your product or service to potential consumers using WIIFM language and its benefits.
