Project Specification:

Suppose that you were contacted to integrate two systems in an organization. Develop a document that will describe the integration project using the attached template.

Propose a specific business that will serve as your basis in the project. It should be a real existing business. You may choose a small company but assume that its two business units need integration.

Business Units that need integration - Accounting Department and Operations Department.

III. Objectives

Use this section of the proposal to explicitly list the goals that the project is trying to achieve.

IV. Scope and Limitations

Scope defines exactly what will be covered in a study, while the limitations are the constraining aspects that may have influenced or affected the research

V. Significance

Significance or benefits of the project to the intended users.
