Project Title: Enhancing Maintenance Efficiency and Uptime in a Manufacturing Facility Objective: The objective of this project is to improve the maintenance management processes in a manufacturing facility to enhance equipment uptime, reduce maintenance costs, and increase overall productivity.

The preliminary analysis of the existing maintenance management processes in the manufacturing facility reveals the following issues: Equipment downtime is frequent, leading to lost production time and increased maintenance costs. Maintenance activities are often reactive rather than proactive, resulting in unplanned maintenance work and increased equipment downtime. Spare parts management is inadequate, leading to delays in equipment maintenance and repair. Root cause analysis is not systematically conducted to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures. Maintenance personnel lack proper training on maintenance management processes and tools.
