PROJECT WORK

You are to develop a Strategic Plan for a business close to the University campus.

This should include: Cover page, executive summary, table of content, page numbers, tables and figures, and references are required. The report should not exceed 10 pages.

Deadline for submission is Week 10 of the semester. An edited video summary of the Strategic Plan (not more than 3 minutes) is also required.

Weekly activities to be performed are as follows:

ACTIVITY ONE

i. Give a brief history of the business selected.

ii. Formulate a mission and a vision statement for the business.

iii. Perform an external audit of the business and develop an EFE and CP Matrices for the

business.

iv. What are the implications of the results in (iii above) to the business?
