Propery Plus (PP+) is a real estate company that lists properties for sale in the Sydney CBD. The company has a number of sales offices in several suburbs and each office is identified by an Office Number and Location. Each sales office is assigned a number of employees, and each employee can only be assigned to one sales office. For each sales office, there is always one employee who has the position of a manager. Each employee, including the manager may sell one or more properties and receives the sale bonus for each property they sell. Sellers contact real estate company 'PP+' to sell their properties and information about the sellers are recorded in the database. A seller may own more than one property but a property is usually under one seller's name. Your Task: Based on the above scenario and business rules, you need to: Create a Relational Diagram (GRD) with correct entities, relationships, correct multiplicities and cardinalities/optionalities. • In the Global Relational Diagram, add 2-3 attributes for each entity, including Primary and Foreign keys where applicable. Make sure to use UML notations. *Note that this relational diagram needs to be at the 'ready to be implemented' stage using a RDBMS.
